Level 17: Skerkir Ravines: Goblins’ Lair

Fall down through the layers of floor to the platform below. Kill the BIG GOBLINS that attack you. Go beat on the drum for fun, or climb the ledges on the opposite side to get a RUNE OF LESSER POWER. Use the floating disc to slide across the water to the open passageway, run across the land bridge and onto the other disk to continue through the water. Pass the MEAN PLANTS to get to the platform at the far edge of the large pool of water. Kill the BIG GOBLINS. Facing the water, run or swim through the passageway on the left. You will get caught in a net and carried to shore; use your SHORT SWORD to cut yourself free and kill the GOBLIN. Face the water, and swim down under ledge to right, past the skeleton, turn right, down through hole, through two holes in walls, and up under the net (or get caught in net). Climb out alongside the net (or cut your way out), kill the GOBLIN, and go down the passage with big leafy plants to the bone pier. Swim down under the bridge for a RUNE OF LESSER POWER, and then return to the pier. Walk around the pillar at the end of the pier, to where the water deepens. Stand at the edge of the deep part, facing the tree, and run onto the geyser to jet up to the high platform on the pillar to your left.

Jump across to the platform with the GOBLIN and caged LIZARDS. Kill the GOBLIN, smash the cage, and eat the LIZARDS. Jump to the platform on your right, then run and jump up to the platform with the tree, then run and jump up to the platform with a GOBLIN. Kill the GOBLIN, then run and jump to the next platform, then to the platform with the rope. Climb the rope to the top, then jump down to the platform at one end of the rope bridge. Kill GOBLINS; get another RUNE OF LESSER POWER. Cross the rope bridge and take the passage to the left. Follow the right wall to surprise the GOBLINS. Kill them, jump up on the stone block, run and jump to the rope, climb up the rope and jump down to the ledge with the floor torch. Go around to the right and jump across the lava falls, down to the goblin drums, then over the rock that juts out over the lava, and run and jump to the green glowing mushrooms. Jump to the platform supporting the rope bridge, kill the GOBLIN, cross the rope bridge, climb the rope, and jump down onto the tarp covering the platform. Use the tarp as a trampoline up to the next platform. Cross the stone and rope bridges, kill GOBLINS, jump up to the next rope, climb up the rope, jump down to the 2nd tarp and use it as a trampoline to jump up to the platform with several caged LIZARDS. Smash the cage and eat the lizards.

Run and jump (this is tough) across the chasm to the platform with the giant trampoline. To make this jump, move to the back wall, and walk along it until you’ve lined up the right-hand pointy parts of the ledge you’re on and the one across from it. Then run straight for the points and jump at the last minute. Kill the GOBLIN and run onto the giant trampoline to cross over to the next platform. Kill the CRABS, eat the caged LIZARDS, run through the tunnel with the green mushrooms and around onto another big trampoline to cross to the next platform. Kill the GOBLINS, get the TORCH, walk over the ledge and down to another big trampoline. Use it to cross to the next platform, another big trampoline, which takes you to a purple-lit room where you get trapped in a cage. Smash through the floor, and fall into another cage where the GOBLINS capture you and cinematically drag you to the next level.
